EU AI Act compliance consulting

The European Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) has entered into force, and it applies in every EU member state, from the Netherlands and Belgium to Luxembourg. Are you sure your AI applications and activities meet the new European rules on AI?

Our approach:

We work pragmatically and with a focus on practice. We translate legal compliance into workable processes that fit your organisation. You don’t just get advice, but concrete tools and templates to get started.

Frequently asked questions

Does the EU AI Act apply to my organisation?

Probably. If you use AI systems in the EU, you have obligations under the regulation. How heavy they are depends on the risk category. A gap analysis makes that clear quickly.

What is a high-risk AI system?

These are applications with a major impact on people, for example in selection, assessment or access to services. The strictest requirements apply to these systems.

Do we need to build our employees' AI literacy?

The AI Act requires organisations to take measures to build their staff's AI literacy. Since a July 2026 amendment it no longer requires a guaranteed level, but the duty to act still applies. Targeted AI training is the most obvious measure.
