Victor Hovius

Victor Hovius

AI Consultant & Developer

Victor Hovius combines a background in Econometrics and Computer Science with a focus on execution, exactly where many AI projects stall. Getting from idea to working solution is where his strength lies. Within AI Advice & Training, he works mainly on NewWorks, the development arm that builds what the training and strategy projects show is possible. For him, training and first adoption are the beginning; the real work is in the larger implementation projects. By asking targeted questions about how an organisation works, which processes and data are involved and where daily practice gets stuck, he maps out where AI and automation add real value. He then builds and integrates those solutions, so they do not stay in an advisory report but run in production.
