In this training you learn to really put Claude to work, and you find out which of our Claude trainings and events best suit your team and sector.
Learning to use Claude in your own work
In this training you work with your own tasks straight away. Bring a document, a dataset or a recurring job. Together with the trainer you write a first prompt that you reuse the same day. We adjust the pace to your level, from your first introduction to advanced work.
There is so much to learn that we don’t offer a single training, but a family of trainings and events. We put the programme together around your level and goal. During the training you find out which follow-up training suits your team best.

Claude for your sector, with an eye on compliance
We tailor the examples to your profession. For legal work the emphasis is on confidentiality and professional secrecy. In healthcare it is about validation and about what AI should not do. In government it is about transparency without bias.
In business the focus is on development, sales, support and connections to your systems. The same principle applies everywhere: Claude supports, but does not replace, a lawyer, doctor or specialist. We pay attention to privacy and to recognising hallucinations, in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Every training can be taken on its own or as part of a learning path. This training is your entry point to the Claude family. Within the learning path it is an advanced training, step 2 after AI literacy.

Prior knowledge and preparation
No technical background is needed for this training. Create a Claude account (claude.ai) beforehand. The advanced sessions for development teams do require programming experience.
The training may count towards continuing education points within your profession. We are not accredited for this ourselves, but we are happy to think it through with you.

Chatting, analysing PDFs and documents and producing output you can use straight away: texts, tables, overviews and even working prototypes.
Cowork: letting Claude carry out tasks
Give Claude a goal; it reads your files and delivers a finished result, such as a report, an analysis or an organised dataset.
Claude Code: agentic development
For development teams: writing, testing and refactoring code and creating pull requests, directly in the terminal or IDE.

What is the difference between Claude and ChatGPT?
Claude excels at long documents, analysis and careful writing, and is designed with safety first. In the training we compare the two and show when to choose which tool.
Do you also train Claude Code, agents or Skills?
Yes. Alongside this training we offer advanced sessions for development teams, for building agents and Skills, and for connecting Claude to your systems via MCP. For development, take a look at the AI Accelerator.
Can this be an event or masterclass?
Yes. We run inspiration sessions, masterclasses and executive briefings on Claude, also as part of a company day or kick-off.
Is Claude safe for business use?
Claude is designed with safety in mind. In the training we cover privacy, data processing and how to recognise hallucinations. For strict requirements we look at the Enterprise options.
