How to scale AI upskilling without losing quality

Train-the-trainer and certification
Your own trainers and experts deliver the programmes to our standard. The track runs from a walkthrough of the materials and guided practice sessions to co-teaching a live cohort and a structured assessment with formal sign-off.
Capstone support and assessment
Structured support and assessment of the capstone phase: project scoping, checkpoints during the build and a consistent final assessment per team, with a written summary.
Office hours and ongoing coaching

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to take everything?
No. Each service stands on its own and can be taken separately. Together they form a complete, coordinated programme in which we run the upskilling from start to finish.
Does the AI learning agent train on our data?
No. The learning agent uses your course materials to give answers. We do not use participants' questions and answers for model training. The agent runs on professional model infrastructure, with contractual agreements that rule out training on your data.
Can you work in our own environment?
Yes. Where needed we set up solutions within your tenant, with your own API keys and under the data and security agreements you require. That keeps the environment in line with your policy.
Which languages do you deliver in?
English, Dutch and German are part of the standard offer. We deliver in other languages when suitable trainers are available, with enough language and context adaptation for the audience.
How many participants can take part?
A group usually has 6 to 30 participants per cohort. With more than 15 participants we bring two trainers, so everyone gets enough personal attention.
