Marketing internship, AI-first

We are two companies with one team. AI Advice & Training teaches Dutch organisations to work with AI: municipalities, law firms, industry. NewWorks builds the AI agents and tooling they need afterwards. Our office is in Amsterdam, and our clients are all over the Netherlands. Our marketing lags behind our content. That is why we need you.

Working language: this internship requires good written Dutch. Most of the content you create is for a Dutch-speaking audience, and the team works in Dutch.

AI-first

We work AI-first and we expect the same from you. You use AI for your research, your copy, your visuals, your analyses and to automate your own work. Not because you have to, but because otherwise everything takes three times as long. What we want to see is not that you know the tools, but that you use them to do more than an intern normally does.

What you will do

• LinkedIn: come up with, create and publish content for both companies
• Paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads: write ads and landing pages, test variants, exclude search terms and adjust the campaigns
• Photo and video on location at trainings and events, and the editing afterwards
• Help with our own events, from registrations to the day itself
• Measure what works and what does not, and report back weekly

What we ask

• Independence. You get a goal and a supervisor, not a task list. If you wait for someone to tell you what to do, this is not for you
• You create visuals and copy yourself, and you dare to show your work before it is perfect
• Good Dutch, without marketing speak
• Numbers do not scare you. You work with real advertising budgets, so you need to be able to see whether something pays off
• Available for at least four months

We do not care which programme you are studying. We do care what you have made.
